Busy Bees Colac is seeking a passionate Educator to join our team on a Part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will support the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive.

You will work within a dedicated team, implement play-based learning aligned with EYLF, maintain safety standards, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Competenze

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Colac, , on a Part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
