Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a casual Educator to support our Busy Bees at Cannington. You will help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

Required qualifications include Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), current First Aid and CPR, WA WWCC, and flexibility to work across shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Flexible to work across shifts 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Cannington, on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for WA
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
