Job summary

Busy Bees Global is seeking a Casual Educator to join Busy Bees at Willetton in Western Australia. You will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children, supporting play-based learning aligned with EYLF and daily routines.

The role requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), Working with Children Check (WA), and current First Aid/CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• Current Working with Children Check (WA) required.
• Experience as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Willetton on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members

• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children

• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Working with Children Check for WA

• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
