Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Casual Educator to support the Baldivis team. You will create a safe, nurturing learning environment and contribute to engaging play-based experiences for children.

Qualifications include a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), current First Aid/CPR, and WA WWCC. Flexible shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, are available.

• Commitment to child safety and upholding Busy Bees values.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is valued.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Casual Educator | $38.71 – $47.68 per hour | Baldivis

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Baldivis , on a casual basis . You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for WA
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
