Job summary

Busy Bees Baldivis is seeking a passionate Casual Educator to join our team, supporting safe, engaging play-based learning and daily routines across 6:30am–6:30pm shifts. You will help implement EYLF, build positive relationships with children and families, and contribute to high-quality care in line with NQS.

Applicants should have Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), current First Aid/CPR, WA WWCC, and be flexible to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check for WA
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS
