Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Townsville is seeking a Casual Educator. You will contribute to the education program, engage and supervise children, and maintain a safe environment for children and families. You’ll work flexibly across centres as needed, with strong emphasis on safety, inclusivity, and teamwork.

The role offers casual hours, above-award wages where applicable, and a supportive centre network. Training and resources are provided to foster reflective practice and ongoing development.
