Job summary

Goodstart Tamworth South is seeking a Casual Educator to help support our centres and children. Flexible shifts are Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm, across our Tamworth South site.

You will contribute to the education program, engage with children, and work with a friendly team to deliver enriching learning experiences. Holding an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a valid Working with Children Check is expected, with willingness to travel between local services and

Qualifications

• ACEQCA approved early childhood qualification (or equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Flexible availability Monday to Friday (6:30am–6:30pm).
• Team-oriented with safety and inclusivity focus.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and with the centre team.
• Engage and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and staff.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
• Support reflective practice and continuous improvement.

• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
