Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying toward a recognised qualification).
• A current Working With Children Check.
• Strong understanding of children's safety, wellbeing and development.
• Positive, adaptable approach and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
• Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
• Building warm, responsive relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, rest times, indoor and outdoor play.

Your Role

As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our centres to deliver safe, engaging and high-quality early learning experiences.

Your day may include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
• Building warm, responsive relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

What we're looking for

We're seeking educators who bring enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine passion for working with children.

You'll ideally have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be currently studying towards a recognised qualification.
• A current Working With Children Check.
• A strong understanding of children's safety, wellbeing and development.
• A positive, adaptable approach and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• A commitment to creating inclusive, engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

Previous early childhood education and care experience is highly regarded. We welcome applications from educators at different stages of their careers, subject to the qualification requirements of the role and applicable regulatory requirements.
