Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying toward a recognised qualification).
• A current Working With Children Check.
• Strong understanding of children's safety, wellbeing and development.
• Positive, adaptable approach and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
• Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
• Building warm, responsive relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, rest times, indoor and outdoor play.
• Working collaboratively with the centre team to maintain high standards of care, education and child safety.
• Following our policies, procedures and commitment to the safety and wellbeing of every child.
