Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in an early childhood setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of age-appropriate learning experiences following room programs and routines.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that supports positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe and document children's progress to inform planning and activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth centre operations and a positive workplace culture.
