Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based, age-appropriate learning aligned with EYLF.
• Foster a warm, inclusive environment for children and families.
• Observe, document, reflect on learning to adapt experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
