Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for a casual role in Young, NSW. You will deliver person-centred support, including overnight and weekend work, within participants' homes to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in Individual support/Community Services is desirable.
• Evidence of working rights within Australia.
• Current valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate – free online certificate.
