Wellways in Young, ACT is seeking casual Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred care across a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekend work. You will support individuals living with disability in their home, ensuring safety and dignity.
Minimum qualification in Individual Support/Community Services is desirable; applicants must have Australian working rights, a current driver's license, and checks. Training provided; SCHADS Level 2B at $46.70 per hour plus penalties.

This role offers a variety of shifts designed to suit your lifestyle, including overnight and weekend work, while providing 24/7 care to participants in their home environment.
You bring a caring and compassionate approach to supporting people with disability and are reliable, dependable and committed to consistently showing up for participants. You are comfortable working overnight and weekend shifts and have a genuine willingness to learn, with training provided.
