Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current Australian driver licence
• Own reliable vehicle for participant transport on rostered shifts
• Ability to document shift notes clearly and timely
• Excellent written and spoken English
• NDIS checks and first aid may be required

Responsibilities

• Follow participant support plans and risk management strategies
• Provide safe, respectful, person-centred support
• Maintain participant dignity, choice, privacy and safety
• Complete shift notes and required documentation accurately
• Transport participants when required and assist with daily living tasks as needed
• Communicate with participants and team members professionally
• Report incidents or changes in presentation per Socovery procedures
• Adhere to organisational policies and workplace instructions
