Job summary

I'm Included Disability in Warragul VIC 3820 is seeking compassionate and reliable casual Support Workers to provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and participate in their communities.

You will deliver personal care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with families and the support team while respecting dignity and the person-centred approach this organisation champions.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting people with disabilities
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to clients with disabilities, including activities of daily living
• Support clients to participate in community activities and events aligned with their goals
• Maintain accurate records of client support sessions and observations
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers and team members for coordinated care
• Promote client independence, choice and dignity in all interactions
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and organisational policies and procedures
