VKR Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced support workers to provide ongoing disability support in Melbourne’s Northern/Western suburbs. Roles emphasize community access with minimal personal care and stable, regular hours Monday–Friday, with Saturdays available and Sundays by arrangement.

Applicants must have at least 12 months of hands-on disability support experience, relevant qualifications, and hold a WWCC, first aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle.

Experienced & Qualified Support Workers Only

Due to the current needs of our participants, we are seeking applicants with a minimum of 12 months’ hands-on disability support experience and relevant qualifications. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to accommodate inexperienced or unqualified applicants at this stage.

What we’re offering

• Ongoing, regular hours for the right people in Northern/Western suburbs
• Predominantly Monday–Friday shifts. Saturdays available. No Sundays unless arranged in advanced.
• Mainly community access with minimal personal care
• A friendly, supportive family-run team where you’re more than just a number!
• Competitive subcontractor rates as per below:

Monday–Friday: $46.00 per hour

Saturday: $64.00 per hour

Sunday: $82.00 per hour

Public Holiday: $100.00 per hour

PLUS 12% superannuation on top!

What you’ll need:

• Active ABN and Public Liability Insurance
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
