Challenge Southern Highlands is a disability support service offering a range of supports to NDIS participants. We have casual positions available as a Disability Support Worker, requiring attention to detail, commitment, and compassionate care for clients at all times.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years relevant experience preferred; on‑the‑job training provided.
• First Aid Certificate required before commencement
• Working With Children Check required before commencement
• NDIS Worker Check required before commencement
• Unrestricted Driver's License - Class C
• Certificate III or IV in Disability preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients; help achieve NDIS goals.
• Rotate day shifts and sleepovers on weekdays and weekends.
• Work in a team; take direction and work autonomously when needed.
• Be adaptable to short-notice shift coverage to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain high communication standards; use email for job instructions.
• Salary packaging of up to $15,900 plus $2,650 for entertainment expenses; career advancement opportunities.
