Job summary

Challenge Southern Highlands is seeking a dedicated Supported Employment Services Support Worker to help individuals with disabilities develop skills and achieve employment goals in a community-based setting. You will supervise and support our supported employees, process customer orders, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive team.

Qualifications

First Aid certificate or willingness to undertake.
Unrestricted Driver's License - Class C.
Nationally Recognized Qualifications in Disability are supported for study after hire.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Fast learner with attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

Supervision and direction of supported employees.
Processing and managing customer orders and inquiries, ensuring deadlines are met.
Effective communication with key stakeholders and adaptability to changes.
Salary packaging of up to $15,900 plus $2,650 for Entertainment expenses.
