Qualifikationen

• A Certificate III qualification in Individual Support or equivalent (relevant to the role).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and exercise sound judgement with limited direction.
• Experience in providing direct care, ideally supporting aged, frail or disabled people.
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and deliver quality outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Support residents with their daily living needs and deliver compassionate care.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
• Support meals and hydration, assist with safe mobility using lifting aids.
• Maintain a clean environment including tasks like bed making and sanitation.
• Observe and report on resident wellbeing and assist in identifying therapy needs.
• Accurate documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.
