Job summary

Novotel & ibis Sydney on Darling Harbour in Sydney is seeking a Casual Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality dishes, follow established recipes, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Proven culinary training or equivalent practical kitchen experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for casual working arrangements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation.
• Desirable: Food handling certification or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: Experience in A la carte dining, hotel operations or banquets.

We are seeking a Casual Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Sydney, Australia. As a Demi Chef, you will work alongside our culinary team to prepare high-quality dishes whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.
