Job summary

NRMA contracted driving instructor role delivering learner lessons and the NSW Safer Drivers Course. You may, if qualified, facilitate senior assessments and corporate training, using a dual control vehicle.

Successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service and maintain compliant records. Applicants must have a current NSW Driving Instructor Licence, Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics, and WWCC, with the ability to adapt to diverse learner needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid ACN registration.
• Own dual control vehicle (white, <5 years old, 5-star ANCAP).
• Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics and NSW Driving Instructor Licence.
• TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (min module 2).
• WWCC and driving history checks completed.
• Excellent customer service and empathy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learner lessons and NSW Safer Drivers Course.
• Facilitate senior assessments and corporate training if qualified.
• Maintain diary, manage schedule, and optimise customer service delivery.
• Adhere to NSW road rules and safety standards.
• Undergo in-car assessment and pre-employment checks.
