On the remote Eyre Peninsula, in the coastal community of Elliston, the work of a Community Support Worker carries real weight. At Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN), you'll be the person who helps someone stay in the home they love - offering practical support, genuine connection, and the kind of care that makes independence possible.
Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences - because here, the person receiving care guides the plan. Shifts, duties, and frequency reflect the needs of the people you support, giving your work real purpose and variety.
EFNLHN serves one of Australia's most geographically vast and distinctive regions, and Elliston sits at the edge of it - a tight-knit coastal community where your contribution is visible every single day. As a SA Health employee, you'll access salary packaging benefits that meaningfully increase your take-home pay, alongside the professional support of a broader health network that genuinely invests in its people. This is a casual role offering real flexibility, and the Consumer Directed Care model means your day-to-day work reflects the actual preferences of the people you serve - not a fixed, one-size-fits-all schedule.
