Qualifications

• Criminal record check required or willing to obtain.
• Working with children’s check required or willing to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Access the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities.
• Participate in activities such as cooking, art, outdoor activities and excursions.
• Engage in social events.
• Provide transportation assistance where required.
• Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports.
• Be responsible for all aspects of personal care.
• Provide goal-focused supports for activities and community programs.
• Deliver in-home supports as needed.
• Assist with transport and travel.
• Support specific health needs as required.
• Document daily case notes and report writing.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice in a safe, structured environment.
