Job summary

Scope Aust is recruiting 4 casuals to support across Rossmore and Tahmoor SIL homes in NSW. You’ll provide warm, person-centred support, follow behaviour plans, assist with daily living and access the community, and use de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern.

You’ll need flexible shifts (including overnights), and checks such as NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC. A NSW driver’s licence is required. Orientation and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnight
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required
• Working with Children Check required
• NSW driver’s licence (Green P’s or higher) required

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
• Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
• Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
• Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
• Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
• Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift
