Breakthru is seeking a casual Community Disability Support Worker for Raymond Terrace to support clients in homes, workplaces, and local communities. You will collaborate with the team to empower individuals to achieve their goals in real‑world settings.

The role offers flexible shifts across the day, with a focus on person‑centred supports, health and safety, and building meaningful connections within the community.

Qualifications

• Criminal record check
• Working with children’s check
• NDIS workers screening clearance

Responsibilities

• Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
• Participation in activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions
• Engagement in social events and transportation assistance where required
• Meal preparation and other in-home supports including personal care
• Report writing including daily case notes
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice within a safe, structured environment
