Job summary

Sawtell Catholic Care is seeking experienced Community Care Workers to deliver personal care and support services in our Sawtell Home Care program. You will design client-centered plans that respect dignity, independence and personal choice.

The role offers casual hours with potential for permanent part-time, flexibility, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. A current driver's licence and Police check required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or related qualification.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in home/community or aged care.
• Ability to use online tools to manage records and emails.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with transportation and social activities to promote independence.
• Administer medications and accompany clients to appointments.
• Support clients with cognitive impairment using care plans.
• Assist Home Care Coordinator to ensure safe, timely delivery of care.
