Job summary

Country Care Support Services is seeking Casual Support Workers to assist children, adults and older people across Horsham, Donald, St Arnaud and surrounding areas. You will support daily living, community participation and transport in client homes with person-centred plans.

Previous experience in disability, aged care, youth work or community services is valued. A reliable vehicle and checks such as NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid are preferred for casual shifts.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to diverse participants.
• Ability to work independently in homes and within the community.
• Comfortable supporting children, adults and older people with varying needs.
• Experience in disability support, aged care or community services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support based on each person's needs and plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Support social participation, transport and community access.
• Complete accurate case notes and documentation; communicate professionally.
