Job summary

Pivotal Support Coordination in New South Wales is seeking a Casual Support Worker to deliver home- and community-based supports, helping participants live safely and independently. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and promote dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or related field
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Car Registration (with expiry)
• Full Comprehensive Car Insurance (with expiry)
• Current Driver's License (with expiry)

Responsibilities

• Providing practical and emotional support in the home and community
• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care (where required)
• Supporting community access, social engagement, and skill development
• Promoting independence, choice, and participant dignity
• Following care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
• Completing accurate and timely case notes and documentation
• Communicating effectively with participants, families, and internal teams
• Maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to organisational policies
