Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, pub or hotel kitchen.
• Strong cooking, preparation and plating skills.
• Ability to run a section independently during service.
• Work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Reliable, professional and team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong and contactable professional references.
• A formal cookery qualification is advantageous, though strong practical kitchen experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and plating dishes to a consistent standard.
• Managing your own section confidently during service.
• Supporting mise en place and daily food preparation.
