EVT Limited is hiring casual and full-time chefs for the Atura Oran Park opening in Southwestern Sydney. Join a design-led hotel team delivering Italian-inspired dining and event experiences across a signature restaurant and room service.

We’re seeking hands-on cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, value hygiene, and can work across stations. Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, with clear teamwork and guest-focused service driving memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels or events.
• Experience across different kitchen sections is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.
• Attention to detail from prep to plating.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety.
• Strong team player with clear communication.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver memorable experiences.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is desirable.

With the hotel opening soon, we are on the lookout for talented Casual Chefs that want to join the team! The hotel will have an exciting range of F&B offerings across the hotel, including a signature Italian restaurant, event spaces and In-Room Dining.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting opening, with full-time and casual positions available at all levels in the kitchen from CDP to Cook.
