Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels or events is required.
• Experience across different kitchen sections is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen and maintain composure.
• Attention to detail from preparation to plating and presentation.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards is essential.
• Clear communication and teamwork to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Understanding of Italian cuisine is advantageous.
• Experience in stock management and smart ordering.
