Lancemore Macedon Ranges & Cleveland Estate is seeking a Casual Chef to work across two premium Victorian properties. You will contribute to weddings, conferences, and events, delivering high-quality dining experiences in both venues.

The role offers flexible hours, opportunities across restaurant and event service, and a supportive team within a renowned hospitality group located in the Macedon Ranges.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential.
• Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded.
• Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles.
• Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude.
• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered).
• Work rights in Australia.

Nestled in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate are two premium Victorian hospitality destinations renowned for weddings, conferences, corporate events and exceptional dining experiences.

As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for talented Casual Chefs to join our culinary teams and work across both properties.

Whether your passion lies in event catering, conferences, weddings, or restaurant-style service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across varied service styles, gain experience across two unique venues and be part of a supportive and passionate hospitality team.

About the Role

Working across Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate, you’ll be part of our kitchen teams delivering high-quality food experiences across weddings, conferences, corporate events, functions and dining operations.

With the properties located only 10 minutes apart, you’ll have the opportunity to experience two different venues while remaining within the same local area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
