The Henley Brook Pub in Perth's Swan Valley is seeking a Casual Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen that serves a high volume of meals seven days a week. You will work under the Head and Sous Chef, taking pride in the dishes you prepare and helping the team deliver quality service during busy periods.

• Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Running a section, prepping for service and pushing through a busy service.
• Working alongside Head and Sous Chef and a team of chefs/cooks.
• Communicating well and enjoying themselves along the way.
