Thrive Early Learning Centres in New South Wales is seeking Casual Educators (Certificate III or in progress) to join Thrive Casual groups. You will support learning, provide individual attention, and help children feel a sense of belonging.

You will contribute to planning, delivering and evaluating EYLF-aligned programs, record observations, and assist in inclusive practice with children of diverse backgrounds. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) or actively working towards it.
• A current Working with Children Check for the state the role is based in.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Knowledge of EYLF and current practice in early childhood.
• Experience with observing and recording child development progress.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
• Flexibility of time and shifts.
• Proficiency using digital platforms for observation recording and communication.

About the role

We are looking for a Casual educators to join our centre teams – Certificate III or diploma qualified Educator to join a Thrive Casual group team. You will work alongside experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child’s learning, and to give every child individual attention, comfort and a real sense of belonging.

– Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework
• Record observations of children to support program planning
• Support the inclusion of children with additional needs, including those with disabilities, Aboriginal children, and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Work in line with the National Quality Framework, food safety requirements and Thrive’s policies
