Job summary

Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking a Casual Educator to join our NSW centre teams. With 2–5 years' experience and Certificate III or Diploma ready, you will work alongside our experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child's learning, comfort and sense of belonging.

You will contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of EYLF-aligned programs; record observations; support inclusion for children with additional needs and diverse backgrounds; build warm relationships

Qualifications

• Certificate III ACECQA approved or currently working towards it.
• Valid Working with Children Check for the state.
• Knowledge of EYLF and current practices in early childhood.
• Understanding of child development principles relevant to EYLF.
• Proficiency with digital platforms for observation and communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
• Flexibility of time and shifts.

About the role

We are looking for a Casual educators to join our centre teams - Certificate III or diploma qualified Educator to join a Thrive Casual group team. You will work alongside experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child's learning, and to give every child individual attention, comfort and a real sense of belonging.

- Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework
• Record observations of children to support program planning
• Support the inclusion of children with additional needs, including those with disabilities, Aboriginal children, and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Work in line with the National Quality Framework, food safety requirements and Thrive's policies
