Qualifications
- Experience in premium, fast-paced restaurant kitchen (CDP level or similar).
- Team player with strong work ethic and love of food.
- Ability to stay calm and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
