Job summary

The Bethanie Group is seeking experienced Care Workers to provide daily support to residents at Bethanie Kingsley Aged Care Home in Western Australia. Roles are offered on a Casual Basis, with duties including assessing care plans and delivering personal care with dignity.

Applicants should have aged care or hospital experience and be willing to obtain necessary checks. Benefits include salary packaging options, mental health and wellbeing programs, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care or hospital environment is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and also independently.
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Ensure services (food, laundry, personal care, domestic, and activities) are delivered timely and safely.
• Provide personal care tasks with dignity and respect (e.g., toileting and showering).
• Maintain residents’ rooms and the facility to an appropriate standard.

The Role

• Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met
• Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care,domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safemanner
• Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting andshowering) with dignity and respect
• Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environment ismaintained to an appropriate standard

About You

• Previous experience working in an aged care or hospitalenvironment
• Ability to work well as a team and also independently
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
