Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Casual Cardiac Physiologist Grade 1 to join the RNSH Cardiology team in New South Wales. Successful applicants will reside locally and have experience, able to work independently in Cardiac Catheterisation and/or Cardiac Devices.

Completion of a Science degree and ability to identify and interpret 12-Lead ECGs, plus analysing rhythm, are required. Immunisation and health checks apply under NSW Health policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Science degree (preferably health science) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience and ability to work independently in Cardiac Catheterisation &/or Cardiac Devices.
• Independence in identifying and interpreting 12-Lead ECGs (normal and abnormal) and analysing rhythm.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical cardiology diagnostic and database service on an in-patient and out-patient basis.
