Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District's RNSH Cardiology department is seeking qualified Casual Cardiac Physiologists/Radiographers to join an experienced team. You will work in the Echo and/or EPS Laboratory, independently, with a relevant qualification, and reside locally in NSW.

Role offers casual employment with rewarding work, and salary per hour between $55.42 and $63.30, depending on qualification and level. NSW Health environment and immunisation requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) and hold a Post Graduate Degree in Sonography or qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience with ECG, Holter Monitoring, Stress Testing, Tilt Table Testing, Cardiac Catheterisation or Pacing/AICD follow-up.
• Independently able to work in Electrophysiology Laboratory and/or Echocardiography Laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical cardiology diagnostic and database service on an in-patient and out-patient basis.
• Perform haemodynamic recording and monitoring; perform physiological measurements and analysis.
• Provide cardiac technical troubleshooting on equipment as required.
