Stellar Cranes Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a versatile Bookkeeper and Admin All-Rounder on a casual basis. The role aligns with school hours, offering 3 days per week from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with potential to increase days later.

In this hands-on position you will handle bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and frontline customer service in a busy lifting equipment business. Based at Bankstown Aerodrome, you’ll support accounts and admin tasks across the Bankstown office and yard, balancing

Qualificações

• Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and admin duties.
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and daily data entry.
• Generate and send invoices promptly.
• Process wages and payroll in a timely, compliant manner.
• Provide friendly customer service via phone and email.
• Support general office administration for Bankstown office and Badgerys Creek yard.
