Job summary

Acron Pty Ltd, a Queensland family-owned business based in Sumner, Brisbane, is seeking a casual bookkeeper to assist with a range of bookkeeping and accounts administration duties. You will work closely with the Administration Manager and an experienced Office Assistant on varied tasks in a small office environment.

The role offers flexible working hours and a casual setting, suitable for someone with bookkeeping experience who enjoys attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in book-keeping, accounts administration or a similar small office role.
• Reckon Accounting Software experience an advantage but not a requirement.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Daily general bookkeeping and accounts administration
• Processing supplier and client invoices and delivery dockets
• Managing inward goods receipt paperwork
• Liaising with suppliers and internal team members as required
• Preparing and processing purchase orders
• Assisting with a low volume of phone enquiries
