Job summary

Synergie Australia partners with a global leader in food manufacturing to support a brand-new, state-of-the-art bakery in WA. We are seeking multiple Casual Production, Packaging and Sanitation Operators to support morning and afternoon shifts.

Full training will be provided, with AM and PM weekday and weekend shifts available. Join a high-performing manufacturing team, operate automated production lines, and contribute to quality bakery products.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual team player
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable in fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Perform machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Pack finished products to quality standards
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and GMP requirements
• Complete sanitation and cleaning activities as required
• Disassemble, re-assemble and sanitise bakery equipment and components
• Complete routine wash downs and wet cleaning as per schedule
• Manage waste removal, mopping and detail cleaning
