Bene Aged Care in the Adelaide Hills is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join St Pauls Residential Facility on a casual basis. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily tasks, and help residents maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification is required.
• Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles.
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks.
• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility and repositioning.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and report changes to clinical staff.
• Follow care plans and document care accurately.
