Job summary

Estia Health, a leading aged care provider in Australia, is seeking casual Kitchen Team Members to support daily meals and resident service. You will prep food and drinks, help keep the kitchen clean, and assist with menu changes to cater to individual resident needs.

You’ll also help maintain accurate records under the Food Safety Program and stay active throughout shifts. Ideal candidates bring kitchen experience, a passion for quality meals, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• Experience in kitchen work (aged care is a bonus).
• Great time management and planning skills.
• Completed the Basic Food Handling Course.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and drink
• Cleaning (including dishes) – you bring a sparkle to the place in more ways than one
• Changing up the menu. You’ll work with our team and residents to create exciting meals that cater to every individual
• Keeping records as part of our Food Safety Program
• Being active and on your feet for most of your shift
