Job summary

Harden Grange in Harden, NSW, is seeking a casual Support Services Worker to assist with cleaning, laundry, kitchen duties and infection control, reporting to the Support Services Team Leader.

You'll support weekday night operations, help prepare meals, and ensure high standards of resident comfort and safety across a 45-bed home. Flexible shifts and on-site parking are available.

This role offers competitive base salary plus 12% super and generous salary packaging options for not-for-profit work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an aged care setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinks.
• Assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
• Distribution of meals to residents & dining room services.
• All aspects of cleaning throughout the resident rooms and facility.
• Completing required documentation and reporting.
• Ensure handwashing supplies are available and replenished.
• Contribute to an effective laundry service including item checking & labeling.
