Harden Grange, part of the Apollo Care Alliance, is seeking a Casual Cook to join the Catering Team for holiday and sick relief. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will prepare nutritious, appetising meals aligned with residents' needs, standards, and regulatory requirements, while delivering within budget.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hospitality experience in a Cook role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) as a requirement.
• Food Safety Supervisor Course is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen section, train and lead the Kitchen team.
• Ensure food safety standards and quality presentation.
• Deliver food in a timely manner within budget.
• Order stock and maintain par levels.
