Qualifications

• Qualified Chef with a Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in aged care or healthcare settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals meeting dietary requirements and texture-modified needs.
• Plan and rotate menus in consultation with the Service Manager and residents.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards per regulatory requirements.
• Manage food purchasing, storage and usage within budget guidelines.
• Foster a safe, respectful kitchen environment and follow Safe Work Practices.
