Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Casual Care Service Employee to assist residents with daily living activities at our Penrith location. You will support personal care, meal assistance, and activities, while contributing to care plans alongside registered staff.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. We value compassion, teamwork, and reliability in a friendly, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support required.
• Experience in aged care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including showering.
• Support residents with meals and feeding as needed.
• Contribute to care planning with registered staff.
• Document care and services provided to residents.
