Job summary

TerryWhite Chemmart Castlemaine Express is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to support the health and wellbeing of our patients. You will dispense accurately, provide expert health advice, and ensure safe use of medications while actively participating in Care Clinic services.

Work will be 14 hours per week across Fridays and Saturdays, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team culture offering competitive hourly rates and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA and community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated vaccination training and ability to support Care Clinic services.
• Strong patient-focused care and collaborative mindset with health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and provide expert health advice.

Our team provides expert health advice, prescription dispensing, medication management services, vaccinations, and a wide range of health and wellness products. The Role:

As a skilled and motivated Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients. Your responsibilities will include accurate dispensing, providing expert health advice, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will actively participate in Care Clinic services, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the pharmacy. You will also ensure compliance with TerryWhite Chemmart standards, policies, and all legislative and professional requirements.

This is a part-time opportunity offering 14 hours per week, working Fridays 9:00am- 6:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

About You:

• You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
• Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Prepared to assume Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibilities and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
• Vaccination trained
• Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
