Job summary

Jaybro is seeking a proactive Cash Management Officer to join the Accounts Receivable Hub in NSW. You will ensure accurate processing of incoming payments and refunds, maintain debtor ledger integrity, and support cash applications and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time with flexible working arrangements and based in Arndell Park, NSW, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Finance Administration or similar role.
• Understanding of customer accounts and ability to interpret account information.
• Experience using SAP, Pronto or EXO (or similar) will be highly regarded.
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships across the business.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and following tasks through to completion.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team culture.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of customer payments with accurate allocation across accounts.
• Perform daily banking and reconciliation activities across payment channels.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated or misallocated payments for ledger accuracy.
• Process customer refunds per approved workflows and delegated authorities.
• Ensure transactions are recorded in the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Maintain high accuracy and control across all allocation activities.
• Support integrity of debtor ledgers by applying payments to open invoices.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support queries.
• Identify systemic allocation or banking issues and elevate when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cash application and refund processes.
• Manage group credit inboxes; review/allocate queries within timeframes.
• Ensure inbox governance with structured filing, tracking, and escalation.
